When I walked into the Dealership, I asked for Dominique, as I had an appointment to see him that day. I was delightfully surprised to be escorted to Dominique's desk by a gentleman who had been sitting a as I had an appointment to see him that day. I was delightfully surprised to be escorted to Dominique's desk by a gentleman who had been sitting at his desk near the entrance of the showroom. I was impressed. I was then greeted by Dominique who made me feel right at home. Buying a car can be a very stressful experience, but,Dominic quickly put my mind at ease. After speaking for a little while we went for a test drive. Dominique made me feel very comfortable behind the wheel as he carefully showed me some features of the car. It was soon after that we were on the road. I asked if I could take the car on the highway, and Dominique's answer was yes. We drove for a bit and I asked Dominique if we could find a hill. I wanted to see how the car handled on a hill. Without hesitation Dominique directed me to a rather large hill. I was sold!!! Not just on the car, Dominique is amazing. After deciding on the car I was directed to Andy from the finance department. He carefully explained my finance options and quickly found the exact payment I wanted and was even able to find an extended warranty that fit my budget. By the time I left his office I felt like family. Amazing customer service. I can see myself doing business here again! Thank You More
