My new car purchase I recently went in to Criswell completely dreading the fact that I had to buy a new car. I arrived and immediately met Dominique. He sat me down and I recently went in to Criswell completely dreading the fact that I had to buy a new car. I arrived and immediately met Dominique. He sat me down and asked me about myself, my life, and my family. 20 minutes after talking, we finally went and looked at cars. In less than an hour, I decided to what to purchase. We sat and discussed pricing and in no time, we were finished. I couldn't believe how non stressful he made things for me. Then I met Kolo in the finance dept. I told him my credit had gone down the drain due to being hospitalized last year. He was kind enough to tell me that credit scores, good or bad, are a small part of life. He was very patient and kind. Both men were extremely helpful, kind, and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to friends, coworkers and family!!! More

I want to commend Yanet Lopez very highly. She was a hard worker, efficient, and very thorough. I found her to be extremely helpful. She was very complete in providing information and demonstratin hard worker, efficient, and very thorough. I found her to be extremely helpful. She was very complete in providing information and demonstrating how to use the various new settings and displays in the car and going over everything very thoroughly. Another important attribute was that she was always very courteous, for I have dealt with some salespersons in the past in which that wasn't always the case, and of course, I did not deal them. I also must note that I had some contact with Dominique Vattuone, who was also very helpful and I commend his courtesy and work, as well. We were blown away by the professional and honest treatment we received from our first email to our last moment walking out the door with a new car for our daughter. Dominique Vattuone was the first person we had the pleasure of "meeting" on-line. The price he quoted us was the price we bought the car for -- no tricks, no haggling. He is a class-act and a stellar sales person -- Criswell should be thrilled to have him! The next wonderful professional we encountered was the Sales Manager, Keith Stewart. He assured us that the price we were given was the "real price" and treated us with the utmost respect and professionalism. He greeted us when we arrived and personally thanked us when we left.
