Sales Professional Dominique Vattuone stepped in to make sure my process out the door went smoothly. I took my son to dinner on that Sunday evening, upon our return to the dealership, Dominique had the paperwork ready, That's all we had to do was sign and drive. The dealership was closed at that point, it was raining, but Dominique took time to go over all of the options on the vehicle before I left. If your looking for a new Honda, go to Criswell and ask for the Dynamic Duo of Esteban and Dominique! They may catch some razzing by their colleagues because of this review, but because of these two gentlemen, Criswell has earned a customer for life. I've already started recommending Criswell to my friends an family. Caution: Watch out for the people in the loan department, they will try and HARD sell you on extended warranties, approx. $5000 worth of things you don't really need. You have to come back at them just as HARD to get them to back off. Example: I wanted to get a three year loan, but they start out trying to talk me into a 5 year, with all of the bells and whistles ($5000) added. With a longer, 5 year term on the loan, it makes the bells and whistles look insignificant to your monthly payment. They leave that cost or grand total out, you will have to ask them for it. Unless you put your foot down, they will have you there for hours... More
