I am a resident of Arlingotn, VA, and I heard about Criswell Honda from a friend/co-worker of mine. He mentioned how several people that he knew got great deals on new Hondas from Criswell Honda. He also mentioned Dominique Vattuone as being a very good salesperson. I viewed the available 2012 Honda Civic SIs on their web site. When I saw the car that I liked on Criswell Honda's internet web site, I contacted Mr. Vattuone. We spoke a few times before I actually saw the car in person. I was able to negotiate a great price on the phone and on the day I saw the car, I knew I had to have it. I was so impressed with Criswell Honda's price, I traveled all the way to Germantown, MD. to purchase it. Mr. Vattuone was very professional, attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable. Overall, I had a great experience. I definitely recommend Mr. Vattuone and Criswell Honda to anyone that would be interested in buying a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

He answered every question that we had and went above an beyond to make sure we were comfortable with our purchase. He is truly an asset to the dealership and when we are in the market for another Honda vehicle, Dominique will definitely be hearing from us. Sean was very informative regarding the financing of the vehicle. He explained everything in great detail and also made us feel comfortable with our purchase. Although we didn't purchase a warranty or any other products, Sean took the time an effort to explain each of them to us in detail. Walter took the time to look over the vehicle to make sure it was in satisfactory condition before we took delivery of the vehicle. He checked inside and outside and thanked us for our business.
