I purchased Odyssey in August of 2011. This guy was telling me what a great deal i was getting. Now the same model goes for $2,500 less (it is more than 8%) Is milk in the store 8% cheaper than in Augu telling me what a great deal i was getting. Now the same model goes for $2,500 less (it is more than 8%) Is milk in the store 8% cheaper than in August. NO!!!. I know they took advantage of me and they have no remorse. So before you buy - you have to know that it is not the best price. It is never the best price with this guys. I will buy my next car from different dealer. More

He was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and proactive in responding to all the questions I had about the Honda Pilot. Dominique highlighted the great features and benefits s of the vehicle that I was thinking about purchasing. Dominique started his conversation by asking open probe questions that were focusing on my needs, to me that was very pleasant experience which let me to purchase the Pilot that day. With the work of his supervisor Esteban and team, my family and I are enjoying our new vehicle. I would recommend family and friends to Dominique when looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I had the best experience with Dominique and Criswell. I had all my discussions/negotiations with Dominique before coming to the dealership. He gave me the best price and also matched every other accessory had all my discussions/negotiations with Dominique before coming to the dealership. He gave me the best price and also matched every other accessory that other dealers offered me, at that same price. When I went there, it was past 6.00 and Dominique had already a few customers in hand. But, at no time, did I feel unattended. He was warm, friendly and answered all my questions with patience. He stuck to every little detail, which he promised over the phone, and there were no unwanted negotiations, no false schemes and no additional costs. He made the paper work very simple too. When I mentioned that I didn’t have a ride to the dealership, he was willing to pick me up. All the formalities ended at 10.00 in the night. So he also personally delivered the car to my residence. If you are looking for a dealer, who can offer you the best price and that too with no fuss, no sales jargons, and no games, you should go to Dominique. More

I bought a Honda Pilot back in 2008, and had gone to the dealer perhaps a couple of time before "just to look". When I met Dominique I knew that I was in great hands!!. Very friendly, honest, professional dealer perhaps a couple of time before "just to look". When I met Dominique I knew that I was in great hands!!. Very friendly, honest, professional and made me feel comfortable by asking all the questions I needed to ask related the car I was buying. Dominique has special tact to people he "let you decide" he let you know your options, advantages, and help you decide; but never "rush" you into things that you might regret later, which is a wonderful thing. Everytime I had come to the dealer for a service done, he welcomes me nicely eventhough he might be very busy, he always has a little time for his customers. If I have a question about a service I still call him and he kindly guide me to the right place and to the right people. Every body that I have met there are very nice and courteous; but Dominique is very special always with a smile on his face! :) More

Dominique was recommended by a friend who told me what a great experience she had had with her vehicle purchase. Boy was she right on the money!! Not only was Dominique friendly but he was very helpful, a great experience she had had with her vehicle purchase. Boy was she right on the money!! Not only was Dominique friendly but he was very helpful, a true professional and super knowledgeable of his product that I felt very confident on the purchase I was making. He made sure he answered every question I had without hesitation and explained every detail. Making a big purchase, such as a vehicle, can be a bit intimidating but Dominique made sure I understood every step and detail. He certainly made sure I did not feel pressured as though I need to rush and make a decision. I have and will continue to recommend Dominique to friends and family and anyone in between who is and will be purchasing a vehicle. More

This is the second CRV we purchased from Dominique. Both experiences were great. No pressure was ever exerted on us that we had to buy right then. He let us make a decision on our own time. Even though Dominiquie was busy with other customers, he properly set our expectations of when he would be available. While were were waiting for Dominique we were asked numerous times by different people if we were being helped. We were able to speak with another customer of Dominiquie's and we both had good things to say about Dominique and the whole Honda experience. When both the salesman and the customer resort to talking about the kids of their respective families, you know it is a good relationdhip. The finance department was also very respectful of our decisions and worked with us to our mutual satisfaction. When we asked for a moment to discuss an item privately, our finance person immediately gave us the time. The finance manager also was willing to work with us on the trade we brought in and gave us a fair price. More
