Dominique Vattuonne can make you buy a car with just a smile.Friendly,down to earth person but at the same time v professional.Seems to be very busy & in great demand,so it's better to go to him rather th smile.Friendly,down to earth person but at the same time v professional.Seems to be very busy & in great demand,so it's better to go to him rather than wait for him to call you.As for customer service ,he is the best! Sean Egnew- Have never come across a person so well informed.He took a lot of time to painstakingly describe the warranties & answer every question.he knows his job & quotes so well that he can write it for you even upside down! My overall experience with this dealership was very positive.The salesguys are v friendly,but don't pester you & trouble you or take you on a 'ride' like some guys at Toyota 355 do.We got so tired of the Darcars that we gave up on Toyota!At this dealership you won't have to haggle the price very much as they give you a prety decent quote to start with. More

We had a wonderful experience with Dominique, (and his boss, Estabon). Dominique was very thorough, knowledgeable and able to put everyone at ease. We had attempted to deal with a couple other local dealerships, but their proposals were entirely unacceptable and even questionable. This experience has renewed my faith in Honda dealers and in particular, Creswell. We will be back! More

I purchased my 2010 Honda Accord at Criswell. Due to a positive experience with the salesperson (Dominique), I decided to get my car serviced there as well. A couple days after an oil change there, my brakes began screeching, and I found out that they needed to be replaced (I could even see that they were worn down to the metal). I called Criswell and asked them how my brakes could have been in that shape and nobody bothered to tell me (Criswell performs a multi-point inspection with oil changes, as stated in their invoice, ads, website, etc.). At this point I questioned if they even performed their "multi-point inspection" test (let's not even get into alternative theories about why my brakes were suddenly worn down so far). I spoke to numerous people but got the run-around from customer service, the service advisor, all the way up to the service manager. They all claimed an inspection had been performed, but nobody had any documentation to prove it, giving me excuses left and right. Basically, nobody wanted to take responsibility for anything. Going by the books, what they committed was fraud, since my invoice clearly states that they inspected my car. But more importantly, the people are dishonest and unethical, which can lead to safety issues. This is the last place I would trust my car with. I will not be returning and hope that this experience can help any others who are considering this dealership. More

We had a very good experience at Criswell Honda. We used a buying service and did not encounter any problems. Dominique was very helpful, thorough and informative. We received the price we planned on paying, got a very good interest rate, and got just the car model/accessories that we wanted. More

I dealt with 5 different dealerships in purchasing our new Honda Oddyssey. Dominique was one of two salesmen who was very responsive and knowledgeable. The others had to keep checking with other people an new Honda Oddyssey. Dominique was one of two salesmen who was very responsive and knowledgeable. The others had to keep checking with other people and calling me back. In the end we chose Criswell Honda because they were the first to offer us the price we wanted and they had the exact van we wanted on the lot. Once we reached the dealership we were satisfied with our decision as Dominique was very knowledgable about the vehicle and very friendly. We were also impressed with the dealership itself in the cleanliness, openness, and how friendly everyone seemed. I would recommed this dealership to others. More
