Scheduled an appointment for 20,000 mile service Scheduled an appointment at 12:00 pulled in ten minutes early and waited till 12:15 and still no one helped me. Mind you there was no other cars in th Scheduled an appointment at 12:00 pulled in ten minutes early and waited till 12:15 and still no one helped me. Mind you there was no other cars in the bay at this time. So I walked inside and asked a gentlemen for help which he proceeded to tell me to stand by my car and someone will help me when they are available as he proceeded to look at his phone again which I happened to see he was on Facebook. And as I walked back to my car I noticed there was four people sitting at their desks. Around 12:30 a gentlemen came outside and asked if I had been helped I said no. He could not have been more helpful in getting someone there immediately he is the only reason I will go back. More

Not happy with most recent services We have taken our Camry there 3 times to have the air conditioner. With the most recent repair completed yesterday June 30th. The air condition stoppe We have taken our Camry there 3 times to have the air conditioner. With the most recent repair completed yesterday June 30th. The air condition stopped working last night. I am not happy plus the car pulls to the left which it wasn't doing when we took the car in. The service representative tried to ensure the car was fixed appropriately but I am not sure what keeps happening. We are not happy after all the money we have spent and car still not fixed More

Needed a safety inspection I was TWO days past my safety inspection of 60 days. I only have a little over 10,000 miles on my car so it is really good condition but state rules I was TWO days past my safety inspection of 60 days. I only have a little over 10,000 miles on my car so it is really good condition but state rules are rules. I zipped down to Joe Machens where I bought my car and Dom got it done and had me on my way. I’ve always had great service from Joe Machens. Your employees are great. More
