They do not judge someone when things took a bad turn, instead, they find solutions that benefit the BUYER, not the dealership. Jonathan has the patience of a saint, and never puts any pressure on the customer. Dom has a financial magic wand and impeccable reputation with lenders that makes the entire finance process as smooth as silk. David is kind, straightforward, and extremely intelligent. He is willing to do summersaults to get people in the car they love. They all have a sense of humor and obviously love what they do.
