Sales experience was great. Finance experience was smarmy The sales experience could not have been better. Don was very knowledgeable. The financing experience however was very disappointing. In my opinion The sales experience could not have been better. Don was very knowledgeable. The financing experience however was very disappointing. In my opinion, my finance person did everything he could to put his interests above that of mine, the buyer. I was very clear I wanted to finance the car for only 36 months. Finance told me the banks they use will only finance for 48 months. It was only after I said I was leaving without purchasing the car that I was offered Lexus financing for 36 months, and a lower interest rate. Why finance did not start with Lexus finance when it was very clear I wanted 36 months is disappointing. More
