I was astonished that I was treated so well with not having purchased my vehicle from Northside. Being a single mother and always needing a car if mine was in service, purchasing a Lexus was the best thing I've ever done. I have never had a day's worry about needing repairs as I knew the service would be done correctly, fairly priced and honestly performed. I went on to purchase and/or lease four additional vehicles from Northside (my last two from Don Ansley) because I knew the quality of the vehicles, the friendliness/helpfulness of the sales personnel and the manner with which I would always be treated. I have become friends with the service and sales personnel because of the personal interest each employee incorporates into their job.
