So I had my moms 2004 Volvo station wagon towed here because it stopped on us at the grocery store. Surprisingly, the Volvo service techs questioned my logic for bringing vehicle to them because it’s an because it stopped on us at the grocery store. Surprisingly, the Volvo service techs questioned my logic for bringing vehicle to them because it’s an older car. And when I was deciding whether to trade it in or keep it and get it repaired, they kept calling my salesman and rushing me; even going as far as to tell me to pay the 135.00 for the diagnostics and take it elsewhere. Even the salesperson wouldn't budge off giving 500.00 for the car. ($750.00 would have sealed the deal). So I decided to get the car fixed and 1300.00 dollars later, the car is back rolling.... but I rolled it down to Hendricks Chevrolet and bought a 2019 Impala. Needless to say I'm done with Volvos and done with Royal Volvo.... More
