Great car buying experience! Don Bonura and RBM exceeded my expectations while recently purchasing a new car (E300w). After sending an email inquiry 3 months ago, Don stayed in co Don Bonura and RBM exceeded my expectations while recently purchasing a new car (E300w). After sending an email inquiry 3 months ago, Don stayed in contact to ensure that when I was ready to move forward, he was available to assist. Approaching the end of my previous lease, we reconnected- Don was informative, patient and thorough. When I visited RBM, I was impressed with the selection of cars, friendliness of the staff and ultimately, their willingness to make a deal. On the same day as my scheduled visit, I drove away with the car that I picked out, at a price and down payment that I was comfortable with. Don, Bryan and RBM are exemplary examples of a hassle free car buying experience- thank you! More

Excellent Experience Don Bonura at RBM of Atlanta made our recent buying experience very enjoyable. He and other staff members with whom we interacted were professional and helpful. Don was very accommodating to our schedule, which was most appreciated since we live 2 hours away from the dealership. He spent ample time reviewing their inventory and answering our questions. He provided a comprehensive test drive opportunity, then demonstrated other features available on the model we were interested in. He thoroughly explained the Costco buying program, which precipitated our initial contact with RBM of Atlanta, and continued to follow-up after our original visit and ultimate purchase. I am confident Don Bonura will make your experience equally enjoyable. More

Best experience and car ever! I had a hassle free experience with Don at RBM. We communicated through email a lot while he tried to find a Red GLC 300 for me with all the options I I had a hassle free experience with Don at RBM. We communicated through email a lot while he tried to find a Red GLC 300 for me with all the options I wanted. Definitely get the car loaded if you try the GLC. The Driver assist and surround sound are great!! Don had the car practically waiting for me. It had to brought from a different dealer then they got it ready for me while we had lunch. We then had Crystal, teach us how to use the car with all the patience and kindness in the workd. Everyone was wonderful! I am sticking with MB and RBM. By the way, I went trough the Costco auto program. Definitely a money saver! More

He took the time necessary for a very thorough test drive, explaining the features of the car and answering my questions. I appreciated his attentiveness without being pushy or overbearing. The rest of the sales process was extremely smooth and efficient, and Don and the other members of the RBM team worked to make the entire transaction seamless.
