Brought my car in because it was leaking water in the back window. Hawk ford denies there’s a leak. When I picked up my car I noticed the tint or rear window was peeled and destroyed. When I attempted to contact them about it, they won’t return my calls! On top of that, had car oil change done there, and they removed the under- guard from the motor but never put it back on!!! Completely unprofessional!! Incompetent!! And untrustworthy!! I’ve bought 2 cars there in the past but will never set foot there again!!! More

I purchased a 2020 fusion and added heated seats and remote start. I brought it into service a few days later to have them installed.
