My first Audi was a 2006 A4. I have been an Audi owner ever since! The cars are great, the service has always been the best, and seeing Audi leading the industry with new design, technologies and more - I decided to join Audi 8 years ago. Today I enjoy assisting new clients, families and friends. I visit with my previous clients returning for service, and shopping for new Audi models as they also enjoy their great cars. 5 Star service My car began showing evidence of a cooling problem and I drove to the dealership at Audi San Diego immediately as I was nearby. I did not have an app My car began showing evidence of a cooling problem and I drove to the dealership at Audi San Diego immediately as I was nearby. I did not have an appointment and could see that they were really busy. I was treated as though they were expecting me and did not feel that I was any type of imposition by just dropping in. I was provided a loaner car on the spot and assured that my car would be looked at a promptly as possible. I received an update the next morning that the issue was diagnosed and that the necessary parts were being ordered to complete the repair. I received very friendly and accommodating service from my representative, Brett Van Gompel and even was greeted and checked on by Mark Monell the service manager. When I came back to pick up may car after the service was completed, even some of the other service representatives (Damien and Scott) recognized me and made me feel welcome. This team clearly has a service orientation and it shows. The facility is spotless and all the team members seem to be on the same page. While I would prefer to never have an issue requiring an unscheduled maintenance visit to the dealership, the group at Audi San Diego makes it a positive experience. Thank you Audi. PS - I love my car. More

George is the best again! George always gets back to me quickly when I text to make an appointment. My annual maintenance appointment was no problem, and George had already ordered my replacement airbags. I did have to get new tires, which I wasn't thrilled about, but George helped me make the decisions about getting them or not that day and what kind to purchase. He always makes things okay, no matter how frazzled I get. I had to leave my car, of course, but he handles all the logistics of getting me home and back again. In general, George is always patient, knowledgeable, pleasant, funny, and I trust him. He's "my person" -- boom! More

My hero! Don was my hero yesterday! I was driving on the 15N freeway when my left rear tire blew out. I pulled over to the side of the road, and was trying to Don was my hero yesterday! I was driving on the 15N freeway when my left rear tire blew out. I pulled over to the side of the road, and was trying to calm myself down when I see Don pulled over and walking over to my car. He remembered me from when I leased my car six months ago (and he also helped me the following week when I couldn't figure out my Apple Carplay). He called Audi roadside for me, called the dearlership to let them know I'd be in soon, and waited with me until Audi roadside arrived. Once I got to the dealership, he came over to check on me and make sure everything was alright. A lot of salespeople are transactional only and the relationship ends after the sale. That is clearly not the case with Don, who went more than above and beyond to help me in my time of need. He was a friend and a true example of the Audi service experience. Thank you, Don!!! More

The service manager Mark M. has a created a high expectations for himself and his team. These expectations carry through the service consultants with Manny G. and Jerald C. making accurate preconditions, making difficult conversations accessible and easy to understand. Recently Manny G. went the extra mile to ensure that my warranty packages were honored and that all items were completed as if my car was new. I have been to many service centers over the years, and Audi San Diego has been by far my best experience. More
