I was really impressed with how friendly and accommodating the our service representative was to me. Jerald was patient and listened to every issue I presented. Every issue was addressed and handled immediately. I also appreciated being offered a Lyft ride back to my office while they looked over the vehicle. I also appreciated one of the Sales representative (Don Bragg) teaching me a cool tip about one of the MANY features the car has to offer. I was told that there is also a technology specialist on staff and that I could reach out to him with any questions. Considering how much technology is available in the A7, I really appreciate that extra care. I have previously worked with BMW and Tesla and I must say that my experience at Audi has surpassed previous experiences at those dealerships. Much appreciated and looking forward to working with your team in the future. More
