Due to the excellent choice in ordering they had exactly what I wanted in stock. My new 2015 Lincoln MKC is awesome! A special thanks for having Don Brown running with my transaction was second to none. My salesman Bill Forsythe knew the product inside and out! I wouldn't buy another ford or Lincoln from anyone else. The staff including Dino.Dino Jr and service manager Gerry are also the best in representing Mr Malouf. I cant thank them enough. Gerry has a service department full of talent including John Sawyer a true master at troubleshooting vehicles. His skills are the best I have seen and Im a technical tradesman! Scott,Sal ,Marie and Joe are a great asset to the service department as well. Thank you Mr Malouf!!! More

He treated us as family and did everything in his power to make this a seamless experience. This was first time we ever leased and we had lots of questions.. At this time my brother needed to secure a new lease and was ready to switch from his Volvo. At our referral he called Don who was able to find the exact vehicle, model and color choice to fit my brother's needs. Don put the package together and delivered in record time. We can't thank Don and Malouf enough for all their great service. PS, my brother loves his new vehicle! More

two good guys We met With Henry and Don a few months ago. We were looking to replace our Explorer with an 2015 Explorer. Don explained that we were there too early and to come back in a few months. That was Henry's first day in the dealership. We returned a few months later and Henry was available to work with us. He had gained some knowledge since we had first met and we decided on a new Explorer. Don came in and helped us out with final pricing. When we went to pick up the truck there was an issue. Don was able to correct it and still get the car back to us before our end of lease date. Wonderful gentlemen to work with. More

Great Buying Expirence My fiancée and I were driving to Vermont from Maryland when our car broke down. Fortunately he has family in NJ who have worked with Chris Fitzgerald My fiancée and I were driving to Vermont from Maryland when our car broke down. Fortunately he has family in NJ who have worked with Chris Fitzgerald before. When we arrived at the dealership Chris was helpful in working with the service department to determine what was wrong with our car. It had blown its second transmission in 50,000 miles. Facing this problem we asked Chris to show us some new cars, he seemed genuinely happy for us that we we're able to afford a new car. Thoughout the selection process he was very forthright about the pricing, cost and fees, and options available to us given our financial situation. Although, my fiancée is the type of guy that will spend hours reading Amazon reviews before he buys anything he seemed comfortable and confident working with Chris. In the end we paid less for our car then the Kelly Blue Book value, and added to that our car loan has only a 1.9% interest rate. There were also no unnecessary fees or financing fees tacked on. Throughout the whole Expirence it felt like Chris and the team at Malouf Ford was on our side, working for us, to help us understand the complex maze of financing and pricing presented by Ford Corporate. Although we live in Maryland, after this experience, we will buy from Malouf again. More

The entire team is helpful knowledgeable and made the process seamless and stress free My husband also decided to trade in his truck and purchase one ford f150 the same day. We bought and leased a car in one day 2 cars and the process was very smooth... My advice you want honest seamless professional knowledgeable go to Malouf the best of the best. They have several dealers in one area makes it so easy to compare. The sales staff and managers great to compare pros and cons. They truly want to sell the right car for the family. Not just sell a car which most dealers are focused on that! Frank Colonna, my sales person for the last few years knows the stock and the all of the new electronic gadgets, especially the MY Touch/Sync Systems. There is no hard selling of extras at the closing. Sam Iskander does the closing paperwork pleasantly and efficiently. I have never had a service issue. It is easy to get an appointment and the work is done right the first time at a fair price. More

The place is like family to everyone who visits. Everyone is greeted the same way, and everyone is treated like they're the most important customer of the day. I was there for some scheduled service, as well as an upgrade to my 2011 Ford Explored Ltd. My Sync. Gerry, Scott, Sal and all the techs are always top notch and did an outstanding job. They even gave me some documents that explained the benefits of the My Sync upgrade! Having just bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanium from the new Grandpa Don and Dino for my son, I visited them to share our great experience with the car. We laughed about how we haven't seen our son since he got his "wings." If you're in the market for a new Ford or Lincoln, or are unhappy with the service you are currently getting on your car, pull into the Malouf Ford Lincoln dealership and say hello.
