I did and Todd brought in Bradley Coco, his recommended salesperson to assist me in my search. Together, Todd and Bradley handled my deal on a new Yukon Denali with speed and provided me with the most generous terms, I simply couldn't pass up. The day I picked up my car, Bradley was at a GM product school so, Tony Giusti in Finance did a nice job with my paperwork and Duck Hartman in sales handled my delivery process with ease and good explanation of the car's operation and features. (He’s pretty funny, too). It was getting late so I decided to come back the next day to complete the purchase. I called to say I had changed my mind about the color. I spoke to both men, and they said the color car I wanted would be ready when I arrived. Duck finished the purchase, helped me download app, and helped communicate with OnStar. As I was leaving Al congratulated me, too. Great experience! I love my 2024 Buick Encore GX! More
