I first heard about Klaben from Jerry Reynolds, the Car Pro on his radio program and subconsciously on sports commercials. I decided to give Klaben and another dealership a chance to earn my business. Klaben's Don Jacobs responded to my online request almost immediately so I met with him and Wrangler owner Nick Brandt shortly there after. I told them what I wanted in a vehicle and what I wanted to payment to be. They told me they could deliver on my requests and today I have my new 2015 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited with all the bells and whistles I would ever need and at the originally agreed upon lease price. I would not hesitate to recommend Klaben and his crew to satisfy your automotive needs. I only hope they find a good home for my previous Wrangler that served me so well! Don Jacobs is one of the best car dealers I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. He helped me find the exact car I was looking for, not even 10 minutes after I meant him. He made my shopping experience fun and easy. My brother (who had recently purchased a 2014 Doge dart from don) spoke very highly of him. So I went to go see what the all the fuss was about and he didn't disappoint. The thing I liked the most about the whole thing was that Don is NOT one of those "Pushy" sales men. He helped me out with any questions and concerns I had about my new vehicle and me feel at home. Honestly I was not even planning on getting a car there that day. I was gonna try and drive my old car until the gas tank finally fell through the bottom (My old car was on its last leg) But Don helped me find something I love and now am excited to drive everyday.instead of having the constant fear of thinking will this hunk of junk start today? I am beyond pleased with my new car and I owe it all to Mr.Jacobs. More

Had my own financing and they were able to beat my good rate. I gave Don a lot of obstacles to overcome in what I was looking for in the right vehicle. They gave me a very fair price for my trade and a wonderful bottom line deal right from the start. They also recognize and respect the importance of military personnel. He did an A++ job in everything he did, I got the price i wanted with no going back and forth or any uncomfortable feeling about that. He communicated with me through the entire process and was very knowledgable. When i picked up my vehicle he showed me all of the features , hooked my phone up to the car, and took the time that i needed. As far as the financing process, that was the shortest time i have ever sat in the finance office, the process was not painful at all, and the gentlemen was curtious and fast. More
