Don quickly showed my wife and I some truck options and lined up a test drive vehicle for us to take out. When we returned, there was none of that high pressure sales push from Don that is so prevalent at so many dealerships. Once my wife and I elected to move ahead with our purchase, Don kept us informed every step of the way and was very attentive to our questions and needs. Don and the entire team involved in our sale was there well past close to get us into our truck and ensure we were happy as customers. I would highly recommend visiting Don @ Klaben if you're in the market for a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge/Ram. More

Sunshine on a rainy day! I enjoyed such a wonderful experience! From my first inquiry via phone through the test drive and to the sale. Don is very friendly and knowledgable. New Durango My wife and I saw a vehicle on the lot during a bike ride. I contacted the dealer the next day to inquire about finding the vehicle I wanted in the color I preferred. I was contacted immediately by the sales representative Don Jacobs immediately and was told it would not be a problem finding the vehicle I was after. Based on my past experience with Klaben and my personnel relationship with Matt in the service department ( we graduated high school together) and the excellent service I have received from Joe in the service department over the last ten years I decided to stop in and ask Matt about his opinion on the Dodge Durango Citadal. Matt was very positive in his comments and said Don was a great guy to work with. I immediately test drove the vehicle that was on the lot and fell in love with it. The mechanic on duty Joe Slider was very helpful in preparing the vehicle and getting it ready for me to test drive. I drove it and loved it from the moment I started it up. Don was able to locate two vehicles in the two colors I was thinking about and sent my wife and I out to look at the choices. Within a couple of hours we were able to select the color we wanted. I called Don and within two days I had the exact car with the options I wanted at a price that I believe was very fair. Don made sure I was given the incentives available and also got me what I wanted for my trade in. While I have only had the car for a day and can say I love it and it is definitely one of the nicer SUV's on the road. More

Good place to buy a new or used Chrysler product. A used Town and Country is more or less of a market price item. That being said, I do think that Mr. Jacobs tried to ensure my business by giving me A used Town and Country is more or less of a market price item. That being said, I do think that Mr. Jacobs tried to ensure my business by giving me the best price he could. We did not have protracted haggling, but were both pleased with the outcome. Mr. Jacobs part in the transaction was excellent. The processing at the dealership to close the deal left something to be desired in its timeliness. Klaben needs to rethink how too move paperwork through the process. If there has been a number of buyers waiting there would be plenty of time to reflect and perhaps cancel the deal. Overall, I was happy, and especially with Mr. Jacobs' efforts. I would also like to commend Justin Stinnett in service for his responsiveness and help. More

I was welcomed as soon as I pulled in the parking lot. what a very friendly environment. after test driving a few cars I found the one perfect for me. I am now leasing my beautiful 2014 dodge dart thanks to don jacobs! I absolutely love this car and I would recommend this car, dealership and sales agent to anyone. very great experience and I plan to buy all of my future cars through them. More

He took the time to show us the Jeep Cherokee, which is the vehicle I came in to look at. My husband and I left still indecisive on if this was the right car for me and John was very understanding. The next day we returned, still not sure if this was the car for me and our salesman, John was not in. We met up with Don Jacobs, equally as friendly and knowledgeable. Don recommended us also taking a look at the Jeep Patriot, since it was comparable to a previous vehicle we had owned. I feel in love with this car!!! It was the right fit! Don listened to me and helped me find the perfect car with all the amenities that I was looking for without breaking the bank!!! The financing was equally as pleasant with Kim who helped us with all our questions and needs. After we had completed that process, Don took me out to my new vehicle, hooked up my phone for me, (must have had that deer in a headlight look when he said Bluetooth compatible!) showed me how and where everything was and worked, on my new Jeep. Don is extremely knowledgeable on the product as well as cars in general. This is a not pushy atmosphere at all. I had purchased two Ford vehicles back in the 90's from the Klaben Ford store and I am not sure why I did not continue to buy from Klaben. I had a great experience back then as well. The dealership is very clean, the sales staff is friendly, as well as the General Manager Jeff. I went into the dealership not knowing what exactly I wanted. Other than a monthly lease payment and knowing that I wanted something bigger. Don and Jeff made some suggestions based on these parameters and I am 100% satisfied with my lease. They detailed the Journey and I left with a full tank of gas. I didn't know dealers still did things like that. My wife has a lease coming due on a Mazda 3 and we will be leasing from Don again. Great dealership, and a great sales staff. More
