The paper work was all done before I got to the dealership and all I had to do was sign on the dotted line. The whole experience went very well. Everyone we encountered was friendly and outgoing. Our sales consultant, Don Jacobs was fantastic!! We have leased/purchased three vehicles from Klaben, I recommend both the sales and service staff very highly. On a scale of 1-5, I would give Don a '10'! I appreciated not only his kindness and respectfulness but also the fact that he was very open with providing us with options and information. We have a history of credit problems and the Klaben staff did everything in their power to provide us with options, fantastic options!! We came away driving the car of our dreams!! The staff at Klaben are top notch professionals! Don was extremely accomodating and patient, the staff was never pushy. They also treated us as people, not as a credit score. Tops in ratings I had some bad luck last weekend and the power steering went out on my 2004 Sebring. I stopped by the dealership Saturday with the hopes of just setti I had some bad luck last weekend and the power steering went out on my 2004 Sebring. I stopped by the dealership Saturday with the hopes of just setting up an appointment. To my surprise, the service department looked at it right then but unfortunately, the cost of repairs was not cost effective vs. the age of the vehicle. Everyone there was super, professional and understanding. It was there I met Don Jacobs who invited me to look at some newer vehicles with him. I explained what I felt I could afford and he put me in a 2011 Chrysler 2000 with minimal miles. I took the car for a test drive and me and my girl friend loved it. The car was loaded with more amenities than I knew even existed. Don helped guide us through the sales process, always professional, unbelievably honest, and someone who I noticed from your sales board was your top performer, which was no surprise to me. The pace of the sale was low pressure at all times and frankly at the age of 58. was the first time shopping for a car was a pleasant experience. I had no intention of buying a car last weekend but sometimes bad luck gets in the way and this time I had the great fortune of meeting Don. I would personally like to thank Don who I suspect would say, awe, that's just how I treat folks. Well, for me, when we need to replace our other vehicle, I'll find Don Jacobs to help me wherever he is, so I suggest to Klaben, they do whatever it takes to keep folks like Don in their employ.
