Recently I drove my friend up to Rhode Island to pick up her new Mazda. She had thoroughly researched and then purchased a Tasca Automotive Group Mazda CX-5. As I can attest, the buying process was flawles her new Mazda. She had thoroughly researched and then purchased a Tasca Automotive Group Mazda CX-5. As I can attest, the buying process was flawless for her. Before the four hour drive up, we called ahead- stating we would be late due to NY Metro traffic. We were greeted with a response putting us completely at ease. “Relax, no worries- we will wait for you. ” replied Don. When we finally did arrive- we were greeted by a warm and friendly staff- And then we were graciously shown all the Tasca family Ford Racing heritage- Race cars included! All tastefully spread throughout the Dealership. The Salesperson – Don and the Finance Manager- step by step- explained to my friend all the items on her sales contract along with the inner workings of her new vehicle’s navigation, Smart phone app’s etc. They even recommended local restaurants- knowing our drive home would be long… In and out in about an hour! I was looking for a new Mazda and I stumbled up on Tasca Ford in Cranston, RI. My salesman’s name was Don and he was very informative, upfront, and overall just a great salesman. When I opted for a car they Ford in Cranston, RI. My salesman’s name was Don and he was very informative, upfront, and overall just a great salesman. When I opted for a car they had there, Don was great about keeping me in the loop with whatever was going on as the registries are taking a bit right now. Once I received my car, he wanted to make sure everything was going well about a week after. Everything has been great! I would reccomend Don to anyone heading to Tasca in Cranston! More
