From the purchase of my first Mercedes 12 years ago, Don and the service department kept my Mercedes R Class in such great condition that I never wanted to buy another, but alas after putting 140K on my beauty, my family said it was time to get a new car. After 6 months of going back and forth with Gayle helping me along the way, I finally settled on a new Mercedes 350. It is a great car and I could not have come to the decision I did without the help of Gayle. These are great people. More

My go-to guy for questions and service on my Mercs Don has always taken the time and effort to answer my questions and make sure my vehicles are ready and reliable on the road. Even for accessories, h Don has always taken the time and effort to answer my questions and make sure my vehicles are ready and reliable on the road. Even for accessories, he has provided advice and pricing every time I have requested such. In addition, he always has my services records on hand (having 4 Mercs, I get services mixed up between the cars) so we always know what needs to be done to maintain my vehicles. More

Mercedes Financial Services Dealerships was good. My problem is with financial services. Although they carry Mercedes name they don’t seem to have any connection with dealers. B Dealerships was good. My problem is with financial services. Although they carry Mercedes name they don’t seem to have any connection with dealers. Beware that when you turn in your car, if you have recently made payment they do not prorate any portion back to the consumer. Also if you turn car back in good shape they give credit but back to their pocket! They claim this has been their practice forever! I realize don’t understand “Mercedes” letting them that advantage of clients. I have been with Mercedes for 30 years!! More

Mercedes-Benz of Salem Is The Best!! My wife and I were on a trip from Seattle down to California in our Sprinter. Somewhere just after passing through Portland the engine light went on. My wife and I were on a trip from Seattle down to California in our Sprinter. Somewhere just after passing through Portland the engine light went on. We started calling service locations. No one seemed to be able to help us. That is when we decided to call the Salem location. Josh answered the phone and he couldn't have been nicer. He told us if we could get there by 4:00 he could have someone look at it. We knew, based on commute traffic, we wouldn't make it but felt good immediately that Salem was a good choice just talking to Josh. He was so reassuring to us. As we figured, we didn't make it in time. However, even though service was closed, we were greeted warmly by Don Post and everyone else we came in contact with. Don wrote up the paperwork and said someone would look at the issue the moment they opened the next day. Everything about out experience was wonderful. Don explain thoroughly the issue with the van, kept us posted throughout our time there, gave us a loaner car and just couldn't have been nicer. We were overwhelmed with how great we were treated. It was stressful because we had a timeline to be in California and yet, felt relaxed because we knew Don and everyone else had our best interest in mind. That they were going to do their best to get us on the road again. Our Sprinter is not just a van but is a RV conversion done by Roadtrek. This made our experience a bit different because not only did we have the engine light issue, we also had an issue with an add on done by Roadtrek. Mike, dong the service, took the initiative to contact Roadtrek to determine what we needed to do. Because of how wonderful we were treated, we decided to have them order the part and we are having them install it on our drive back to Seattle from California. Not only did it seem like we were the most important customer, but I bet every other customer feels the same way. I watched the interaction between other staff and customers. The interaction is superb. Everyone smiles, everyone seems to know what they are talking about and everyone says hello to you. Bottom line, is everyone is just so nice and helpful. If you are even considering purchasing a car or having service done on your Mercedes, please don't hesitate to choose Mercedes Benz of Salem. The only issue we have is that they can't be where we take our van to be serviced going forwar. The drive is just a bit too far from Seattle 😀. More

Always great service. I have always traveled north from Springfield to have service and repair work done at MB of Salem. Everyone there always makes me feel comfortable and I have always traveled north from Springfield to have service and repair work done at MB of Salem. Everyone there always makes me feel comfortable and keeps me well informed on the progress of the work being done. I have dealt with Don Post every other time I've been there and he is always very helpful and knowledgeable. My most recent visit I was first approached by Donavan Rodriguez at check in, I think he is a new hire although it's very hard to tell because he blends right in with the same attitude, knowledge friendliness and helpfulness as everyone else. As long as I own my MB I'll make the trip to Salem when it needs attention. More
