2 1/2 hours to do a scheduled oil change. Appointment was scheduled, I was early and it still took 2 1/2 hours passed the scheduled time to get an oil change. Refused to rotate tires because one wasn’t factory which wouldn’t have been an issue if Firestone tires weren’t junk. Had to inform service clerk that the oil change was free with the purchase of the vehicle and I was informed that there were at least three recalls on it that weren’t even addressed while it was in the bay. Guess I’m just supposed to bring it back and sit for 2 more hours right, no I’ll take it to another Dodge dealership. More
