They called me 2 hours after I dropped my vehicle off to tell me it was ready, which did not seem like nearly enough time. My tires we’re not even checked, much less rotated. One tire was left so low that I had to stop on my way home to put air in it. I am not even confident my oil was actually changed since everything else that they signed off on as “completed” was never actually touched. I called to ask if there was a mistake and to give them the opportunity to correct the issues, but it has been 3 days and no one has called me back. I paid for an oil change that was probably never completed and they cannot even call me back to let me know if my vehicle was actually checked for safety concerns. More

Defective part The service technician did not want to replace a defective part instead bent it back to its original shape (with a crease in it now) and put it back The service technician did not want to replace a defective part instead bent it back to its original shape (with a crease in it now) and put it back on. Told us it was not covered under warranty because he could not figure out how it was defective even though it literally fell off of the car while driving down the road. Said that water could have done it.... Never in my life have I had a car that driving in the rain made it fall apart. More
