Dedicated to customers! I came in on a Saturday at 5pm, was just planning on looking not buying because I knew they closed at 6pm, Don, greeted me and my husband, I told him I came in on a Saturday at 5pm, was just planning on looking not buying because I knew they closed at 6pm, Don, greeted me and my husband, I told him what I was interned in, did a test drive, loved it but knew they were closing and I felt bad so I was going to come back, Don said don’t worry about time, to make a long story short I was able to get the vehicle I wanted with the help and dedication to some awesome employees who stayed 2hour after the places closed! Me and my husband have been gaining to Anderson for the last 14 years we have bought 5 vehicles including my daughter one, never have they disappointed us! Thank you Don Smith, Tony Signirella, and Rick Stout who made this all happen you guys all ROCK!!!! More

Above and beyond My Wife and I were looking to replace her 2004 Saturn Ion 3. We drove almost two hours from our home to Lisle Illinois because I prefer Honda’s and ha My Wife and I were looking to replace her 2004 Saturn Ion 3. We drove almost two hours from our home to Lisle Illinois because I prefer Honda’s and have purchased my last three cars from there. The salesperson there was pushy, kept calling us by nicknames, wouldn’t talk about a trade for the Saturn (we didn’t expect much, just didn’t want the hassle of junking it) and when he found out that I come from a military family, tried to play the Veteran card, which does not sit right with me to sell a car. We got up and walked out, very disappointed. I apologized to my Wife for wasting so much time to be treated poorly. After a stop for some tasty Krispy Kreme’s, we discussed our next move. I commented that Toyota was always what I would buy if not a Honda because of their excellent reliability reputation. We decided to go to the Toyota dealership a few miles from our home. We arrived about an hour before they closed, but we were not expecting to make a purchase that day, just to browse. Mr. Don Smith greeted us at the door with a firm handshake and a hearty welcome. He inquired as to what brought us in and we told him. He was very helpful and accommodating and we ended up test driving a car. Because he listened to what our needs and wants were, we didn’t waste a lot of time and only test drove one car because he was able to find one that fit our needs without wasting time. Mr. Smith was amazing through the whole process and we ended up taking delivery of our vehicle, a RAV4 the following Monday, about a week ago. Mr. Smith stayed late that Saturday, made us promises as to accessories and delivered on all of it, all while being one of the most positive and professional people that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He made it no hassle. The dealer made money, we got a good value, a true win-win. I will absolutely go to Anderson and specifically Mr. Smith again. 10/10 for sure. I have never rated a dealer before, but after the debacle in Lisle at a dealer that I have purchased three cars from, to the exceptional customer service that I received at Anderson from Mr. Smith, I had to tell anyone that would listen about my experience. Tony in finance was also a pleasure to work with and even secured a lower APR based upon what my personal bank was offering. More
