I hate car dealers, but Seriously, I hate car dealers. I always do my homework on internet before going to dealers. I cannot believe that nowadays they still treat you like Seriously, I hate car dealers. I always do my homework on internet before going to dealers. I cannot believe that nowadays they still treat you like dummy, just keep bragging about things/numbers you don't need/care and try their best to rip you off every penny. Not to mention the unfair price "their managers" can provide in the end and your time wasted. Fortunately, this place is different. After a brief call, Don sent me several quotes on the exact cars I want (RAV4 AWD LE lease). Surprising good prices. Then on Saturday noon I went to the place and took a look at the vehicle. Don helped me add my supplier promotion code. And then we signed the papers. This is how car dealership should be. Transparent, painless and efficient. Thank you Don. I sure will talk to you again. More

My wife and I were looking for the perfect family vehicle and since I was in no rush I was really lookin Don Yu was extremely efficient and pleasant. My wife and I were looking for the perfect family vehicle and since I was in no rush I was really looking for someone to make it easy for me (Tahoes, Q7, Atlas, Highlander's (at other dealers)), and it was frankly more of the same. Back and forth over price, pushing to buy something same day etc. My deal on a Highlander fell through at Ann Arbor Toyota and Suburban Toyota had the same vehicle. I called Don based on his great reviews and he took care of me, not one hiccup. Fair price, no pushing for options / warranties, he knew I just wanted the vehicle and he made it happen. We handled everything over the phone, text and email, I just met him to sign the paperwork. Thanks Don, great working with you. More
