Awesome Experience AGAIN!! My Husband and I have purchased multiple cars on the same day for many years. Donald Cummings and team are the reason we come back. Tony and Jolie a My Husband and I have purchased multiple cars on the same day for many years. Donald Cummings and team are the reason we come back. Tony and Jolie are amazing. They are more like family to us. David greeted us at the door with a VERY NEW 2 day old sales person Mark and they all surrounded him to ensure that he was supported as he took care of us on our purchase. What Mark was unaware of is that when we come to Gateway Chevrolet to look for a car we tend to buy that same day so it was going to be a great sales day for him :) We were excited to be his first sale at this location. While we waited he offered to drive us to get lunch. We had time to learn more about him and his experience. He has a super big heart to help people when purchasing a car and takes his time to get to know his client to ensure we offers them exactly what they want. My husband and I are both in jobs that work with the public and Mark, Donald, Tony, Jolie and our Chicago friend and Finance guy Nick all represent the type of customer service we try to give in our business. Ok Review Since all my experiences from the work that was supposed to be done with the car, with my radio, or mic, I would not let gateway do any service to my Since all my experiences from the work that was supposed to be done with the car, with my radio, or mic, I would not let gateway do any service to my car, just oil changes, why, because they will just say, call general motors, that is the perception that I get from this dealership. not willing to go above and beyond, and giving me a rental when they are not supposed to, is not going above and beyond, that is doing your job, but overall the oil changed took forever 3 hours when I used to do them within a hour and then mike telling me that they put my keys at his old desk for how long, this place is unorganized, More

Customer Service Issue (resolved) I came in for a test drive 6/27. Test drive was completed with Derek that night and sat down to discuss a sale for 2016 Blue Audi A4. As discussed w I came in for a test drive 6/27. Test drive was completed with Derek that night and sat down to discuss a sale for 2016 Blue Audi A4. As discussed with Derek and his Manager, the sale was contingent upon having 4 new tires placed on the vehicle, brakes must be in the "green" (7mm or more), and rear windows to be re-tinted to "Limo" tints (aka 5%). The car was to be ready by Saturday. I texted Derek Saturday saying I would be in that evening and asked him to confirm the work was completed and car was ready. Derek replied the car was ready at 338pm via text. When I was just about to leave to head over at 630pm, he called and then said the car was actually not ready and they didn't do the tinting because they were backed up. We then agreed they were to try to complete this on Sunday and I would pick up the car on Monday. Sunday at 1112am, Derek again texted saying the tinting was done. I picked up the car on Monday night. It was dark and everything appeared fine. However, issues developed as I drove off the lot. First, as I was driving out of the lot, I noticed a small crack in the windshield about 6 inches low/centered. The next day when I could see the car in daylight, it became clear that the rear windows were not very dark at all and appeared to not have been re-tinted. During the morning on 7/2, I called and left messages for Kevin, Don, and Derek. None of them returned my calls or text messages. I spoke to the Service dept and asked who does their window tinting and they said Amazon. I spoke to Amazon and they said they never even had the car there within the past 48 hours. Evening on 7/2, I then called and spoke to another manager who said he would relay a message to Kevin or Don to call me to discuss the issues or else I would begin escalating. No call was received and no one responded to text messages. On 7/5 around 130pm, I took the car to Cactus Window Tint in Scottsdale to test the rear windows. Window tint meter reading was only 20%, not 5%. While this review is being submitted, a complaint was also filed with the GM. The GM did not follow-up with me and I had to call Kevin back and got a hold of him finally. Kevin agreed to take care of the issue and covered the window tinting, as well as the chip in the windshield. I'd like to thank Kevin for promptly correcting the issue. However, I will not be purchasing from this dealership again anytime soon. More

My horrible experience with Gateway Chevrolet Gateway Chevrolet is the most dishonest business I have ever had the displeasure of doing business. My used car salesman (Ajay) lied about the featur Gateway Chevrolet is the most dishonest business I have ever had the displeasure of doing business. My used car salesman (Ajay) lied about the features of the Car I bought. The finance guy (Nick) lied about the cost of the extended warranty. The customer service guy (Paul) tried to help me get the car with features I wanted so Donald in Sales offered me a new 2018 from another Dealership, just 4 months before the 2020 models get released, for full sticker price of over $27,000. I found that car on my own and could have purchased it for $17,900. Finally, the Service Department refused to provide warranty maintenance. I took the car to a different dealership that eagerly provided the warranty maintenance and could not understand why Gateway refused to do it. More

Worst Sales Management team ever! December of 2018, l expressed interest in buying a rental-return used 2018 Chevy Impala. Within a few days l took the same office to Bill Luke, and closed the sale. More
