We were happy to purchase an Odyssey 2024 EX from them, but HONDA cancelled the vehicle we ordered. Honda of Kenosha found us and bit the bullet and the additional costs, found us another EX even though t but HONDA cancelled the vehicle we ordered. They get 10 stars from me for going the extra mile to make sure we had the vehicle we wanted. I am not sure who negotiated the transfer of the vehicle we purchased from another location to Kenosha, but thank you for that. This whole transaction started when I could not find an EX and went to the internet writing to every honda dealer in Wisconsin looking for one. (Racine Honda did not offer to assist us finding an EX, as we went there first, instead they pulled a bait and switch saying they had an EX to get us there (again) but they did not) So I also give credit to the person who handled my internet inquiry so quickly. The woman in the office who ran our credit card and took payment was training another person and she did a fine job. I did not keep track of her name, but she was also wonderful. More
