Went in for an oil change, tire rotation, and to fix some loose molding. Was presented with $2500 in other repairs and maintenance. Most of the repairs weren't needed. Also was charged for tire rotation e loose molding. Was presented with $2500 in other repairs and maintenance. Most of the repairs weren't needed. Also was charged for tire rotation even though the tires were purchased at Werner. Most other dealers and tire shops offer free rotations and balancing for the life of the tires. More

Always excellent service. Love the videos the techs make of the service call. Helps me understand what has been done. Very easy to make an appt online. I feel that Werner service is very honest, never tries to get me to do maintenance that isn't needed. They also explain what is necessary and what can wait to be done later. BTW, Donna, the admin is the greatest! She makes my day every time I see her! More

Tech didn't text me the full circle inspection video although the invoice says it was performed. Service Advisor didn't get the invoice right the first time and had to go back and redo it because the s although the invoice says it was performed. Service Advisor didn't get the invoice right the first time and had to go back and redo it because the service and state inspection prices were incorrect (I have a maintenance plan and I bought the car at Werner's). Service Advisor didn't go through service report card with me. More
