Trade in experience On 10/31, Halloween, raining hard, Donna was waiting outside before my arrival. My purpose was simple, to trade in my 2013 Chevy express, and get two On 10/31, Halloween, raining hard, Donna was waiting outside before my arrival. I Rose D Brown visited Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing Ill on 10/12/2015 I was told by a friend of mine who purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala to stop by and I Rose D Brown visited Phillips Chevrolet in Lansing Ill on 10/12/2015 I was told by a friend of mine who purchased a 2014 Chevy Impala to stop by and see what they have because I was interested in buying a new car, because she was completely satisfied with hers, she and her husband, so I did, I was greeted by Donna Lee. She introduced her self to me and my daughter and asked if she could help me find something, she let me test drive a few cars until I was completely satisfied I purchased a 2015 Chevy Cruz. later I was greeted by James Major, Henry King & Justin Stubblefield, They were very patient with me and I would like to say Thank You very much for your help, I'm part of the Family now. Time well spent Great experience shopping at the dealership...I knew what i wanted ...look around and started to focus on choices. When Donna Lee came out in the lot she took her time and explain every detail of car i was looking at..She stated let take a test drive..it ride smooth no slow in shifting which i had notice at other car dealer on their 2015 brand new did not swift right..I did not wanted to bring back something that should of been right in the first place.....Patience is number 1 in my book and she has it...By the way the whole dealership was great More

New Car Buying Experience I am familiar with Philips Chevrolet because they have serviced my 2006 Chevrolet Impala in the past. They have always provided me with great service I am familiar with Philips Chevrolet because they have serviced my 2006 Chevrolet Impala in the past. They have always provided me with great service so when I decided to by another car I chose Philips Chevrolet. My salesperson, Mr. Eric Pickett was wonderful and very professional, I explained to him what I wanted in a new car and what payment I could afford, Mr. Pickett was very patient with me, He was not one of those "pushy" sales persons with a "take it or leave it" attitude. I was probably not the easiest client of the day. He was able to meet all of my new car needs with the car I wanted, the price I wanted, and the payment plan was equally acceptable, I would be very happy to refer my family and friends to Mr. Pickett when it comes to buying a car. After agreeing to a purchase, Mr. Pickett also gave me a tour of the facility including the service department. I was personally introduced to some of the service staff. More

Fabulous with Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing I went to the dealership with my wife and came out with a new Chevy Impala. I was so impressed with the offer and the low APR, just couldn't pass thi I went to the dealership with my wife and came out with a new Chevy Impala. I was so impressed with the offer and the low APR, just couldn't pass this up, I had to buy this car. The service I receive was excellent, Ms. Lee was wonderful. She helped me get the right deal that I can afford. So, so glad I did, I love my new car. I have been telling all my friends to go to Phillips Chevrolet of Lansing and ask for Donna Lee. More
