Great customer service I'm writing this review on behalf of Ms. Donna Lee of Phillips Chevy (Lansing) she was the absolute best car sales person that I ever encountered. She I'm writing this review on behalf of Ms. Donna Lee of Phillips Chevy (Lansing) she was the absolute best car sales person that I ever encountered. She exhausted all avenues to ensure that I drove off the lot with a vehicle. I came in looking for a car to get me from A-B regardless if it was new or used, but Donna was able to get me into a brand new 2015 Chevy Cruze. She was phenomenal and she helped me tremendously! Go Donna!! Go Phililips Chevy!! I recommend anybody to go Phillips Chevy and ask for Donna! More

Awesome I walked in on a wing and a prayer...I literally got dropped off with no idea how I was going to get home.
