When I had to do the close with the financing, I was amazed how pleasant this lady was. Well organized, explained everything well, you could tell she loved her job. He also helped me out of a bind after the car he showed me on Friday, he warned me they couldn’t hold the car,but on Monday he had to call me and tell me it was sold Saturday nite. But he said he had another option, same color same vehicle , more toys, Voyager to a pacifica just a year older...and less money. I also got the warranty for three years...a very reasonable price.,,,,thanks Spencer. More
