Phenomenal Experience I was looking for a specific car,interior,exterior,and features. Fortunately I found it with the right mileage and all the desired features. But it wa I was looking for a specific car,interior,exterior,and features. Fortunately I found it with the right mileage and all the desired features. But it was 450 miles away (Wisconsin to Michigan) and I needed to make the purchase within a short period of time. I called the dealer and got Blake. Once I told him about the car I was interested in and my situation, he assured me that he and the team at Shoepp could get the deal done. I called on a Wednesday, flew into Madison early that Saturday morning and Blake was there waiting to pick me up. Once back at the dealership the staff was exceptional and my vehicle was as described and he had provided all requested documents and reports prior to my arrival. The vehicle was well detailed and the test drive did not disappoint. Upon my return to the dealership Donna was ready in the F&I office, she provided me with some great warranty options(no pressure), and made sure I had all of the necessary documents. 15 minutes after my test drive I was in my fabulous new ride enjoying my drive back to Michigan. My experience was truly awesome, all of the courteousy, hospitality and professionalism was greatly appreciated. 460 miles later I was back home without any issues. The next day kaytlynn was very patient with me debating on how much I love the car vs. how much I could afford the payments and insurance. She also worked with me on some things I wanted to include with the price (some things I wanted fixed) and she got it to be included! She also fixed me up with a full tank of gas.
