Knew what we wanted and Charlie delivered! I had corresponded with Charlie early in the week about a used car for my mom. During the course of the week we continued shopping on-line with other dealers and private parties for similar vehicles. Charlie kept in contact during this time just checking in. By the end of the week we decided to make the 3 hour trek from Iowa to Middleton. When we arrived at the dealership, Charlie knew we were serious about buying and had done his research on this specific car, the options, what it was listed for at other dealers, and what a fair price would be for us. Suffice it to say that we came to agreement very quickly and in less than two hours total, we were headed home with a new car for Mom. Knowledgeable, friendly, fair and fast....what else could you ask for? More
