We started our search in New Prague and first talked to John Majchrzak, he showed us a Buick Encore which we tried out. The following day we went back and talked with Heidi St. Martin. We asked to try the John Majchrzak, he showed us a Buick Encore which we tried out. The following day we went back and talked with Heidi St. Martin. We asked to try the Chevy Trax. Heidi talked to us about a lease and we decided that was probably best for us. We found that both vehicles were a little too small. Both John and Heidi were very helpful and so friendly. We appreciate all they did for us. Then on Saturday our son took us to the Lakeville dealership. They have so many beautiful cars. There we talked with Donny Abboud Jr. We asked to drive a Kia Sportage. We looked around the showroom at other SUV's while he went to get the Kia. We took the Kia for a drive and we knew right away it was the one for us! Donny was so helpful and explained everything to us about a lease. We saw Michael Gittins in the finance department, he was also very helpful, he explained every paper that we signed. Our experience with all of the people who helped us was great! We stopped here because there were many cars here that I was interested in purchasing. We were looking around at different cars, after a bit someone came out to help us. We waited for 25mins for him to return, so we could test drive the vehicles. We ended up leaving, disappointed with the service we had not received.
