Donny III was very professional and knowledgeable on what protection plan I needed to do on my vehicle for a really good price on such great products that will last me for the life of my vehicle , he also got me really cool black Chevrolet emblems that will also look really good on the vehicle and add a lot of style! Really nice smooth process they have at Jeff belzers and they have the best prices compared to any other dealer in the Midwest and most selection , no other dealership can compare to belzers I will never go any where else ever! Perfect Experience I had an amazing experience at Belzer's. This was my first time buying a vehicle, and I wasn't exactly sure what I wanted. I first went to Belzer's and when I told Donny that I didn't care for all the "bells and whistles" of the more expensive models, he completely honored that request. He sent my dad and I out for a test drive, and simply wanted to know how our experience was. He listened and looked only within my price range and within my requests, and he far exceeded my expectations, without ever pushing us out of our comfort zone or urging us to make a buying decision. They were able to work with us on our trade-in value and from there Andy at finance did a stellar job. He helped explain everything in simple terms so I was fully aware of what I was signing onto and what all of my options were. The employees at Belzer's work with extreme professionalism and transparency, it felt like working with close friends or family. I would absolutely recommend them to everyone! More

Our transaction involved dealing with 4 different people (sales, accessories, finance and a person to help us understand all the bells and whistles) and they were all wonderful. Sales and accessories are a father/son team, Andy, the finance person has been there for 14 years and the bells and whistles guy is the roommate of the son I mentioned above. That is why this place feels good, everyone genuinely likes each other! Donny Abboud II has a great sales style, laid back, knowledgeable and excited to help someone find what they are looking for. He made sure that everyone we dealt with had taken care of us. Donny Abboud III has the same demeanor as his Dad, with a youthful charm only a 20-something can posses. Our finance guy (wish I could remember his name) was fun and personable - surprising in a finance guy... The bells and whistles guy has a great style too, didn't rush us through the process of explaining all the cool things in our new truck and let me ask all the stupid questions I had without making me feel like a dope. No small feat. The pace of the transaction was perfect, not at all rushed but it kept on task in an exciting way. Honestly, I can't say enough about this group.
