Excellent Service One More Time I was taking care of some business in town, then some grocery shopping, when I began to hear a very loud roar coming from the front of car. I was als I was taking care of some business in town, then some grocery shopping, when I began to hear a very loud roar coming from the front of car. I was also feeling it in the steering wheel, I thought. A broke car loaded with groceries and a needed trip to see a grand daughter on her birthday..........what am I going to do. Went directly to Gunn Honda. They were kind and courteous in spite of the fact that they were very busy on the service drive. Wasn't long before the service ticket was written and we were transferring our goods into a loaner vehicle and off to the house to unload and make it to a birthday party. Thank you, Gunn Honda, Frank and Donny for taking good care of me in a difficult situation.! More

Excellent Service I recently went to Gunn to service my vehicle due to a strange noise in my car/service now lights being illuminated. Gunn Honda is the place to go. Donny took the time to listen to my dissertation on my concerns about spending money on my 2005 Honda Pilot. He said he would make sure that only wha Donny took the time to listen to my dissertation on my concerns about spending money on my 2005 Honda Pilot. He said he would make sure that only what was needed would be considered and done. Nothing extra. At 116k miles, the timing belt was all I really needed now. All else was checked and even though after 116k miles other things could have been done, he had it thoroughly checked and he assured me all was good for now. He did however suggest that next time, I should probably get my spark plugs replaced. He was not pushy and was genuinely sincere. I will be back. Thanks Gunn. More

Every employee I encounter there consistently has a cheerful, professional attitude and is a joy to interact with. And I really have to give xxxxxxto Donny here, who just seems to be so positive and happy to be working. The waiting area is also *the best* that I have ever come across and is usually stocked with coffee and donuts (Krispy Kreme). There are also a 'business' area that provides a wall outlet and dividers so I've been able to program in relative peace while waiting for work to complete on my car. More
