McLaughlin was our last stop out of four dealerships when we were looking for a new Colorado, and we were not hopeful that something was going to get done based upon our experience at the other three dealerships. However, Doreen, Dave, and Keith provided a truly amazing experience. They were empathetic to our situation and really treated us like family. We at no point experienced the typical pressure of a car dealership and they were able to get us into a vehicle with all the options we wanted at a price we were comfortable with. Wonderful experience with Keith Nickerson in finance. Everyone was friendly, great to work with and I feel I received a great deal from them. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. I work for a class 8 truck dealership myself and I know how important customer service is and McLaughlin Chevrolet knows it too. More
