I had scheduled an appt. to come in for my car to have it's oil changed, and normal checkup. When I arrived, the porter - Don Olsen - saw me right away and welcomed me as usual. I also noted to the service advisor, Greg Berry, that my A/C was "cool" but not "COLD", and to take a look at that. I actually waited this time, instead of being brought home, and enjoyed watching your TV, talking to some of the others waiting, various employees (and I believe Bill Hevel the manager too), passed by and said hello, and I also walked around your adjoining showroom at the cars you had on display. Greg noted that my A/C was low on Freon, and that they found a leak, and that they can fix it while I waited -- no extra time needed. Now, my A/C is really "COLD" again, just in time for the cooler weather to start. I appreciated Greg keeping me up to date, while I waited, and as usual, Doris Smith, had everything ready for me to sign/pay, so I was on my way. Keep up the great work, and a beautiful clean waiting area & showroom too. Thanks much! More

I had my Dad's car towed in for servicing, as I had a coolant leak, and didn't want to chance driving it and possibly getting overheated. The service advisor, Greg Berry, also told me to have it towed. So -- they found that the upper hose had blown, and that's why the coolant leaked out. While there, I also asked him to give it an oil change and normal inspection. When picking up the car, the cashier, Doris Smith, is always ready with the paperwork, and keeps all documents in check for a speedy departure. Thanks again to all for helping me out. More

The entire service experience was above excellent. Lexi (who is memorable enough to only need a first name) was knowledgeable, believable, friendly and efficient. She introduced us to the service manager, (who is memorable enough to only need a first name) was knowledgeable, believable, friendly and efficient. She introduced us to the service manager, Bill Hevel, who contacted GM on our behalf and successfully brokered their participation to help remedy an out-of-warranty service situation. We love our GM products, dealerships, and especially Crown Buick GMC in St. Petersburg, FL. More

My Dad's 87 Chevy Monte Carlo had been running rough & stalling, and I contacted the service advisor, Greg Berry, and he told me to not drive it in, but have it towed, and they'll check it out. I had done so, and they advised me that it was the catalytic converter that was clogged and needing replacing. Greg told me the cost involved, before the work was done (which I appreciated very much), and had them go ahead with it. They had the work done off site, at a muffler shop of their choice, whom they trusted to do good work, and though it was a few days without the car, it's running great again. Bill Hevel had told me the car was ready to pick up -- as Greg was out that day, and their courtesy driver, Greg Walker, had arranged with me a pick up time, so that he could bring me in to get the car. And, of course, Doris Smith, at the cashier desk, is always pleasant, has paperwork ready, and is quick on getting payment processed, so that I can be on my way. I thank everyone again at Crown Buick/GMC for the professional courtesy shown, and keeping apprised of the situation with my Dad's car. Thank you all! More

I honestly have to say that he Crown Buick GMC Dealership is the best facility that I have dealt with Nationwide. The Sales Team is definitely not a high pressure department wanting to reach deep in your poc is the best facility that I have dealt with Nationwide. My experience at the dealership was excellent I would rate 5 star plus. I was greeted as I entered the bay with a smile and directed where to go to meet the representative. My regular guy was out do to an illness I was told, but the young lady that helped me was just outstanding. She immediately go me setup and told me what my wait time was going to be and it was right in spot. The remainder of the staff always makes me feel at home Alexandra, Bill, Ms Doris, Harry, Tammye and others. I feel like I am with family and that I am going to be taken care with the upmost professionalism. More

I brought my Dad's 87 Chevy Monte Carlo in for service, and Greg Berry helped me out. Beside the oil change, I noted that there was a "clanking" noise whenever I moved the steering wheel. They checked it out, and found the problem, and now the car "clanks no more"! They took care of all the cars needs. And checking out was fast too.
