Still the Greatest!! Excellent service from the moment I pulled up. The greeter met me with a smile ,it was as if he was waiting for me(I did have an appointment). I was escorted into my service writer Bill Hevel . Bill took great care of me and his attention to detail impressed me tremendously not to mention the car wash to boot. I have owned 5 different Buicks and I still say a great car and a great service team . I am loyal to he brand. Keep up the fantastic work you do!! The GM Craig Blacklidge stopped by and inquired how was I being treated which I thought was great customer service, just a very pleasant service appointment. I even met Miss Doris, a smiling cheerful cashier whose conversation I found friendly and kind. Sorry I didn't get Greeter's name , He told a few jokes and was in a positive mood. I worked in retail for 20 years and I know the impact of having a great customer service team and Crown Buick has assembled an EXCELLENT team, again Keep up the good work!! Jack Fletcher More

New Key fobs Lost my second key fob and needed a tow to Crown Buick after speaking with Parts Manager Mr. Brunner the day before. I called Crown in the early afternoon of Tuesday, 6/1/16 and hadn't received a call back by end of business. I called again Wednesday morning and left another message inquiring to the procedure of prices and left my inquiry on a voice mail. I called about four hours later and an employee put me through to the Parts Manager Robert Brunner. He returned my call about ten minutes later and was very helpful and referred me to Mr. Hevel in Service Department. Mr. William Hevel, a Service Advisor accommodated me with processing and reviewing the cost of two fob replacements and programming. I must commend Crown Buick GMC as they've undergone a renovation since I was last at the dealership in 2010. Their waiting room is clean and quiet as is the kiosk areas of Service personnel. The customer is away from any noise of the service warehouse so one doesn't hear drills and wrenches hitting the concrete or any other machines attending to cars. During the ninety minutes I waited, I noticed the majority of other personnel in red polo shirt attire walking through and acknowledging my presence. The rest room was also very clean and noticed an employee attending to the sink counter. The waiting room offers complimentary water and sodas for purchase as well as the standard potato chips and candy bars. My Service Advisor was correct as to the time involved for the maintenance of my car. During my wait, I also noticed a colleague of Mr. William Hevel named Chris Sullo attend to an elderly lady and her car issue. He is also to be commended to making her feel at ease and escorted her into her car upon drive up to the bay. Mr. Hevel escorted me over to Dorris Smith of the final processing the invoice order. William explained the charges for work completed and Doris processed the order. and I went on my way. I commend Crown on their refurbishment and soothing waiting room atmosphere. I would feel comfortable working with Mr. William Hevel if the occasion arises in the future. More

Super Service from Dave BIagi and Doris My sweet little Solstice had to be towed to the dealership. It wouldn't go. I had NO idea what was happening. Didn't know if it was going to be a BIG My sweet little Solstice had to be towed to the dealership. It wouldn't go. I had NO idea what was happening. Didn't know if it was going to be a BIG fix, a small fix or if it would be covered by the warranty. I wasn't able to to with it. I had an appointment I had to get to--fortunately a friend was able to take me. I called Dave, let him know my car was coming without me. He said "no problem-we'll see her when she gets here (yes my car is a girl and has a name! LOL), and give you a call when we know what's going on." He called within an hour and a half-it was the master cylinder and yes, it was covered--YAHOO!!!. He also took the initiative to look over the car while they had it to see if anything else needed repair or replacing. They did go ahead and do the maintenance service--oil change, etc. Nice, so I didn't have to make another trip in a couple weeks to have that done. He set me up with a loaner car--a nice loaner car--said he'd let me know when the car was ready and off I went. It was such a good feeling to TRUST completely that my car was in good hands, in capable hands. It felt terrific to get into that loaner car, drive away into my day knowing that I could give all my attention to the things I needed to accomplish because I didn't need to worry about whether or not my car was going to be fixed, fixed properly--I knew my car and I were in good hands. I didn't have to figure out how I was going to get around for the next few days while they waited for the part. I didn't have to rent a car or burden a friend with transporting me. I am soooooo very grateful for that!! When I came to pick up my car--Dave greeted me with a big smile, as usual. I went to pay the deductible and was warmly greeted by Doris, the cashier. There was an additional charge on my bill, that the computer through a default action, charged me for. She and Dave were happy to invest the time it took (not too long) to correct the issue. I can't say enough abut how so very pleased I am with the total package--the quality of the work, the STELLAR customer service and conveniences offered by Dave Biagi and Doris at Crown Buick. It is the most, worry-free, hassle free experience!! I would highly highly recommend Dave and the service dept. at Crown for repair needs! More

It was concerning because I was scheduled to leave the next day. I pulled into the dealership at 5:45pm not knowing what to expect at such a late time. Dave Biagi and Doris Smith were extremely helpful and got my car in immediately to be checked out. Turns out it was a problem with the timing and the service department was able to replace the faulty part that evening. Everyone at the dealership was courteous, polite and very helpful in helping to resolve my problem so that I could continue on my journey. More

Warrant work on faulty window control switch I am a RI resident and had a problem with the power window control switch on the driver side, it controls all the power windows. I was given a ride home and back to the dealership the same day. The problem was resolved and in fact he suggested replacing the cabin filter, which was done. Very kind and excellent people. I would say that I had an overall great experience with everyone at Crown Buick GMC in Saint Petersburg. I worked with Abimael Santiago Mateo, who was very friendly and nice to deal with. We were able to communicate in person, through email, and via text, I hope you guys know how lucky you are to have employees like him. Everyone else I met at the dealership was extremely friendly and helpful, I have to mention my already dear friend Harry Ossenberg always polite or the nice lady at the front desk named Doris. The dealership itself is in a great location with easy access. Thanks for checking in about the experience. I would recommend your dealership to anyone interested in getting a car or service. More
