Excellent customer service Dave Biagi is an awesome, knowledgeable, friendly service advisor. I have always had positive experiences dealing with Dave and today he took it one n Dave Biagi is an awesome, knowledgeable, friendly service advisor. I have always had positive experiences dealing with Dave and today he took it one notch higher. While my car was being serviced he called around to find a part that their facility was out of stock and had it delivered so I didn't have to wait for 2 days for delivery and return for service. He then stayed on top of the installation so work was done in a timely, efficient manner. Dave is the man. He then walked me to the courteous, friendly cashier Doris Smith. Wonderful facility and awesome staff. Thanks Dave and Doris! Go Team Crown! More

The Crown Buick Service Dept. I had to share my experience I took my car to Crown Buick, and I must say, the courtesy is limitless. I take my hat off to William Hevel the service advisor and the team in the s I took my car to Crown Buick, and I must say, the courtesy is limitless. I take my hat off to William Hevel the service advisor and the team in the service department did a great job. From Williams humorous, friendly and honest advice down I went to the right place folks. Not to forget the cashier Doris Smith who is too always willing to go the extra mile in customer service they did an outstanding job on my car repairs. I'd refer anyone that feels that they can't take their car to a major dealership because they are awesome. #TeamCrownBuick is the hashtag to keep in mind folks. Even the Service Manager, Mark Ruset, stoped and took time to make sure things went smoothly simply with a smile that showed his confidence in the Service Department staff. More

New Buick Enclave 2015 Been buying cars for 38 years, so dealing with car dealerships have been a pain and a pleasure. Working with Crown Buick in St. Petersburg Florida ha Been buying cars for 38 years, so dealing with car dealerships have been a pain and a pleasure. Working with Crown Buick in St. Petersburg Florida has put a new meaning to, "pleasurable car buying experience". My salesman Doug Ramon was by far not only knowledgeable, but made the experience go quickly and without excuses or problems. The dealership not only offered the biggest discount off the Buick Enclave, but they were able to give me a great trade allowance for my trade in. Truly the whole process, even the financing department was awesome. NO pressure. Thank you Crown Buick and your entire staff. More

My serviceman is better than yours :-) As always my serviceman is respectful and attentive to my request and takes time to handle all concerns. On short notice one week ago today, I brought my car in for oil change, air filter and some kind of flush( slips my mind). All was completed, coupons accepted and he even paired my new phone to my Bluetooth. Even called today about my spare key not working, he instructed me on how to 're- program my key. Thank you Michael Gregory for you kindness, positive attitude and attention to your clients ! PS Mrs. Doris is always a delight to close out the visit ! More

Recalls and new equipment Got a call from Service Advisor Dave Biagi, notifying me that there were two open recalls on my 2015 Canyon. Set up an appointment for the recalls an Got a call from Service Advisor Dave Biagi, notifying me that there were two open recalls on my 2015 Canyon. Set up an appointment for the recalls and warranty service for FM radio. When I got to the dealership I decided to have step assist running boards installed. Since the running boards would be in the next day I left the truck at the dealership. A courtesy vehicle was offered but I had my wife come to the dealership to see the running boards that would help her get in and out of the truck. At the end of the day Dave gave me a call and said all recall items were inspected, the radio antenna base was replaced, and as soon as the parts arrived the next day, the truck would be ready for pick-up. 0900 next day Dave called and said the truck was ready. Only time in 40 years of car ownership that I was called about recalls and kept up to date on the status of vehicle service. More

He took the time to check me in that night and made sure the part was available. I found him willing to go the extra mile in his customer service style. The car was ready sooner than I expected the next day and returned to me cleaned. I really liked that! The desk staff Abi and Doris were very helpful in getting me checked out quickly. Quick Service I was having a tire issue on our 2014 Savana Van and stopped at the dealership without an appointment. I was met by a new service advisor....... Within an hour my problem was corrected and I had my van back and it was washed. Crown GMC always delivers great service and that's why I return to this dealership. Bill was great to work with and delivered on his promise to have it back to me within an hour. More
