The dealership, overall, is very professional and by my observations, honest and straightforward with price/knowledge of vehicle. I think some staff are more knowledgeable than others and more willing to observations, honest and straightforward with price/knowledge of vehicle. I think some staff are more knowledgeable than others and more willing to go the extra mile to talk and allow a buyer time to decide what they are looking for. What's important to me is willingness to find answers to questions rather than convey a sense of knowing and not being correct. In this regard, I absolutely enjoyed working with Yvonne, my point of sale person. She is honest, professional, and she did several things that drove the sale. She stayed late the first day I showed up at the dealership to make sure I had time to drive several vehicles--no hesitance on her part despite me keeping her late. Later that week, she politely (not pushy) called me to ask if I had questions about choosing a vehicle. At that point, I was still deciding about a BMW or other brand and was unsure. She left the door open to me to contact her. Later that I day, I did. I came back to see about a vehicle I test drove but then saw the one I ended up purchasing. It was in the showroom. She asked Doug to get it out so I could drive it. After driving, I was pretty sure it was the SUV for me, despite being more money than I was planning to spend. In short, she and Doug (Doug is very pleasant and super informed of the vehicle's operation, equipment, gadgets) were extremely helpful to me in deciding to purchase the SUV I chose. Sometimes a car sells itself because a buyer knows what they want. That was not my situation, so Yvonne and Doug, kudos to you for helping me make this purchase. More
