I have been buying/leasing from Bowman for 18 years. Tony Gazetti has assisted me with my last two leases. He is very helpful,patient and honest. I love my new 2021 Equinox. My experience at Bowman Chevrolet was outstanding from A to Z! The service was quick, friendly, and the pricing couldn't be beat. Additionally, they gave me an excellent price for my 2012 trade-in. Buyers/Lessees Beware! We were 10 year loyal customers of Bowman Chevrolet and deceived by them. We were turning in a 2017 Traverse Premier for a 2020 Traverse Premier that We were 10 year loyal customers of Bowman Chevrolet and deceived by them. We were turning in a 2017 Traverse Premier for a 2020 Traverse Premier that had been all prearranged. Should have been a very simple transaction. The vehicle and invoice were hidden from us until all the paperwork had been completed. They purposely substituted a Traverse LT instead. We do not know why. This was done by Andrew Gentges (Sales) and Doug Clark (Sales Mgr). Nothing was resolved. In our opinion, this dealership is not trustworthy and will never have our business again . More

Locating my vehicle with the options I actually wanted, and in the color I wanted was easy for them. My whole deal was done within just a few days over the phone. I loved NOT being pressured nor having to just “settle” on a vehicle that was something like I originally wanted, but didn’t exactly fit what I wanted. I love my car, am VERY pleased with the deal I received, and look forward to dealing with them again in a few years. More
