Last week I purchased my new Buick Encore from Tony Palmer. I HIGHLY recommend working with Tony. He was kind, not pushy, easy to talk to, and made our experience wonderful. I have already given him sh Palmer. I HIGHLY recommend working with Tony. He was kind, not pushy, easy to talk to, and made our experience wonderful. I have already given him shoutouts on social media and I would buy from him again, no questions asked. However, when it comes to anything financial, I strongly recommend that you ask NOT to work with Stacey Thornton. He completely ruined my experience of buying my new car. I felt very bullied the entire time I was in his office and he used scare tactics to try to sell the many extended warranties. No one deserves to be treated the way we were treated by him. More

It was okay. Took a long time to just find out what the payments would be.. Felt pressured to buy all the warranties and then felt he was upset b/c I didn’t purchase them. car was not washed or gassed up a payments would be.. Felt pressured to buy all the warranties and then felt he was upset b/c I didn’t purchase them. car was not washed or gassed up as promised and Manuel was not with car either so now another trip is needed to have it washed and to pick up Manuel. Also floor mats weren’t set up in the car they were still in the trunk. Kinda feel like I was taken advantage of b/c I was by myself and a woman. I was there from 10am til 3 or 3:30pm. I feel like I should’ve been offered more incentives for me being so patient with the whole situation. More
