Purchased my Cadillac CT5 from out of state in Florida. Sales rep James was very helpful and made my purchase feel seamless. He offered me live FaceTime appointments to see the vehicle condition inside and Sales rep James was very helpful and made my purchase feel seamless. He offered me live FaceTime appointments to see the vehicle condition inside and out. James also did a great job when it came to dealing with the transport company to make sure the vehicle was ready for pickup on-time. Doug in the finance department was transparent, and knowledgeable with all the backend paperwork.
