I am sending this today Thanksgiving 2023 to give thanks for having crossed paths with Doug Friedman in August. I was driving from Chicago to the East Coast when my 18 month old car died. I ended up being t for having crossed paths with Doug Friedman in August. I was driving from Chicago to the East Coast when my 18 month old car died. I ended up being towed 1.5-hours to Fiat of Strongsville where I met Doug. I had to stay overnight in the area and ended up trading in my car for another car due to all the complications and logistics around the event. Anyhow Doug was so, so kind to me. He took time to help me decide what my best options were (e.g. rent vs. buy), then sort everything out when I decided what i wanted to do (choosing a car, transferring money at the bank etc) and then followed up with me over the coming months to make sure everything was good for me. Doug went above and beyond and he is a really wonderful human and a true gentleman. I would encourage anyone lucky enough to live near Fiat of Strongsville to pop in and meet Doug and get him to help you with any car purchase. You won't regret it.
