I highly recommend ALFA Romeo of Strongsville for anyone in the market for an ALFA Romeo vehicle. I had an enjoyable experience filled with a straight forward satisfying deal that I am sure everyone will al in the market for an ALFA Romeo vehicle. I had an enjoyable experience filled with a straight forward satisfying deal that I am sure everyone will also receive at ALFA Romeo of Strongsville. Mr. Doug Friedman was our salesman. Mr. Friedman was gracious enough to work with us even on his day off. He took all the information he needed from us and promised to have a price for us the next day. Sure enough, the following day I received an email from Mr. Friedman with a price that included all the advertised discounts. I must mention here that Mr. Friedman was generous enough to agree to include with the deal two, not just one, ALFA Romeo baseball caps, and all weather floor matts. That’s in addition to the carpeting matts that come standard with the vehicle. Completing and signing the lease contract was all done online. Mr. Joe Killiany, Business Manager, sent me a link where I signed the contract online. One form how ever had to be printed, signed and notarized. On Tuesday I had the form signed, notarized, and overnighted using the pre-paid pre-addressed UPS shipping label Mr. Killiany emailed me. With all finance forms done, the car was ours and it arrived a week later. All in all we are very satisfied with the deal we received from ARofS. There were no hidden charges and everything that was promised was delivered. To me, this was a great leasing experience. Mr. Friedman was more a friend than a salesman offering financial advices that I doubt other salesman would have offered. My wife and I are completely satisfied with our lease deal. As a matter of fact we have plans, for when the current lease on her car ends, to contact Mr. Friedman and ARofS to lease a Stelvio for her as well. M Baayoun More

Doug was a blast to work with - the entire team was incredible. We wanted the full Alfa experience so we drove 4.5 hours each way to pick up our Stelvio in person instead of asking to have the car deli incredible. Honestly, this was the most fun I have ever had buying a car.
