Doug Gerhardt is the only person I will buy a car from and Rob Benders service team is the only techs that will touch my fords. I even ask Rob for advice on vehicles when I buy. I actually went in to get the oil changed on my Ford Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. After it was serviced, I talked to Doug and he knew that I was not satisfied with the Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. After it was serviced, I talked to Doug and he knew that I was not satisfied with the Fiesta, so he showed me other options. I loved the Edge and he made the buying process very easy the second time around, also. Kudos to Doug and the service dept. and the finance dept. They all do a great job. More
