By far, Karl Flammer Ford team is by far the best to deal with and the best in pricing from buying the new car to and to have that auto serviced correctly. Doug Gerhardt is the only person I will buy a car from and Rob Benders service team is the only techs that will touch my fords. I even ask Rob for advice on vehicles when I buy. I actually went in to get the oil changed on my Ford Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. After it was serviced, I talked to Doug and he knew that I was not satisfied with the Fiesta that I had bought from Karl Flammer Ford through Doug. After it was serviced, I talked to Doug and he knew that I was not satisfied with the Fiesta, so he showed me other options. I loved the Edge and he made the buying process very easy the second time around, also. Kudos to Doug and the service dept. and the finance dept. They all do a great job. More
