The dealership is very clean and professional and all the people we dealt with were extremely helpful and courteous. The problem I have is that in order to purchase the vehicle I wanted, I " had to purchase people we dealt with were extremely helpful and courteous. The problem I have is that in order to purchase the vehicle I wanted, I " had to purchase the Flammer 5 Protection Plan" which in my opinion is nothing short of extortion. I was told they couldn't remove it from the price because "it" was already " installed" on the vehicle. The only physical thing installed on the vehicle was something similar to Rain-x on the windshield to repel water for which I was charged $1995.00. I would much rather have spent that money on a Ford Motor Company extended warranty, but after being charged $1995.00 on something I didn't want I couldn't see spending another $2000.00. More

this could have easily been a 4-5 star review, however unfortunately the communication at the dealership was poor. my vehicle went up $5,000 the day before i purchased it, which is fine, but there was dam unfortunately the communication at the dealership was poor. my vehicle went up $5,000 the day before i purchased it, which is fine, but there was damage done to it that i was not notified about in advance and damage which the service department was supposed to have checked already. when i called over to Doug, the guy who sold me my vehicle, he ghosted me for 4 days and didn't respond at all, nor did anyone else. finally after calling in and getting another day of no responses, i drove back up there and was treated like a nuisance for indicating a problem with my vehicles tires (which were supposed to be new) and a damaged rim. the vehicle had been in an accident, which also no one bothered to tell me. finally when i went to the service department, i was taken care of fairly well by Lisa, but they replaced 2 tires (with cheap replacements) instead of top of the line tires to match the other pair. i have also been waiting on a second set of keys for over a week and surprise surprise, contacted Doug with no response. kind of nice to see how a customer is a priority until they buy a car, then they are treated like they don't exist when there is a problem. Ford motor company makes great vehicles. If their customer service matched their machinery at this dealership, it would be the best in the area! More

I just purchased a 2020 Ranger Larret from Karl Flammer Ford in Tarpon Springs and could not be happier with the vehicle or the service I received. I first dealt with Mack and upon returning Mack was busy Ford in Tarpon Springs and could not be happier with the vehicle or the service I received. I first dealt with Mack and upon returning Mack was busy with another customer and didn't want me to have to wait around he turned me over to Doug. I received the same quality attention from Doug as I had from Mack.When I received the check from my credit union I contacted Doug and arranged to have running boards ordered. The following Monday I contacted Doug and told him I would be in that day to pick up the truck. When I got I there I was surprised to find the running boards already installed. Rather than Doug finish the sale I once again worked with Mack who explained everything about the vehicle to include downloading my phone to include all of my contacts and installing the Ford app giving me remote locking and unlocking the truck ans starting it. All in all it was a great experience working with both of the gentlemen and Suzanne in finance. As an aside Flammer Ford had a Christmas party arranged for all of their employees on Thursday and closed for Friday, Saturday and Sunday so they could spend the holidays with their families. That in itself is unheard of in business in today's service industry! More
