In this regard, Doug was very patient and always responsive to my questions and concerns. Excellent job! Once the paperwork was out of the way I was turned over to Robert Lisi who introduced me to my new Mercedes and take delivery. Robert did an exceptional job explaining all the "bells & whistles" on the vehicle as well as sending me informative videos of different features.
